MASSIMO CAREDDA (Cagliari), graduated in law in 2014 with a mark of 110/110 cum laude at the University of Cagliari, with a thesis on the right of defense of the suspect in the criminal trial. Lawyer since 2017, he works mainly in the field of civil and commercial law, in particular in the areas of corporate management responsibility, insolvency proceedings and corporate events. In the field of criminal law, he mainly deals with the sector of corporate crimes with particular reference to cybersecurity, crypto currencies and blockchain.
He has collaborated since 2015 with the class of procedural criminal law and commercial law at the Department of Law of the University of Cagliari.
It carries out teaching support activities on behalf of the of commercial law courses at the University, including the preparation of lectures and in-depth seminars, with particular regard to company and bankruptcy law. In the same year he started working with several law journals, which resulted in the publication of various contributions on the subject of commercial and banking law.
