ANDREA COCCO (Cagliari), graduated cum laude in 2011 at the University of Cagliari. In 2017 he obtained his Ph.D. in Juridical Science at the University of Cagliari, with a doctoral thesis on copyright law.

He has been registered at the Bar Council of Cagliari since 2015, and provides assistance in particular in the field of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, copyright law, intellectual property law and corporate law. Andrea is research assistant in commercial law, intellectual property law and competition law at the University of Cagliari, and participates to some research project related to these fields.

He is author of several publications on copyright law, trademark law and domain names in several law journals. He was visiting researcher at the John Marshal Law School of Chicago, at the University of Cambridge and at the University of Glasgow, and he attended the WIPO Summer School on Intellectual Property, organized by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization).

Since 2015 he has taught commercial law at the specialization school for legal professions at the University of Cagliari.
