Fabio Pennisi is registered at the Bar Council of Rome since 2004 and has a strong academical and professional background in IP, sport and corporate laws.
Fabio provides assistance to companies and individual in relation to any legal aspect concerning protection of image and virtual identity, trademarks and patents, copyrighted products and services and has assisted stars in sport and cinema.
He serves as district attorney, prosecutor and judge in a range of Italian sport federation commission, including Motorcycle Federation, Table-Tennis Federation, Rugby Federation.
Fabio worked in primary International Law Firms and he has now his own office in Rome.
Fabio speaks fluently in Italian and English
From March 2014 is Of-Counsel of Studio Legale Simbula.
